Ready Grass Ltd Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms & conditions carefully. Please print off and keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference.


Terms and Conditions

Thank you for using Ready Grass Ltd. We want you to be happy with your purchase so please read the following information provided.


Payment by credit or debit card

Payment using a debit card or credit card is required at the time of order. Payment is made via Stripe, once you have placed your order you will receive order confirmation by email. We aim to despatch your goods within 14 days, please allow 7 days from despatch date for delivery.


Ordering grass

When ordering grass please make sure you order the correct amount, as grass is like wallpaper and comes in different batches, if you later decide to add to another area, it may be a slightly different colour if not from the same batch. Ready Grass Ltd will not be liable for grass ordered separately which is a slightly different colour because it’s not from the same batch. We recommend when measuring your area, it’s probably best to add extra in case it’s not square. All grass will be overcut between 50/70mm


Once your grass has been delivered

Please check you grass once you have received it, please roll it out & check for any faults as you won’t be able to return it once it has been cut & installed.



Readygrass cannot be held responsible for any creases during transit, any creases will eventually disappear once laid, this is not a fault with the grass.


Cancellations and returns policy

If for some reason you need to cancel your order before delivery, please let us know as soon as possible.

If your order has already been cut, then unfortunately your order cannot be cancelled. If it hasn’t been cut, then we will refund your order in full to your card which was used to pay for the goods originally.

Please note we do not store card details or share customer details with 3rd parties.

Should you wish to return a product, we regret that we cannot accept returns once the artificial grass has been cut or used in any other way. We do accept returns providing goods are in the original packaging, refunds will not be given until returns have been inspected, refunds will be issued after goods have been checked. If your return is due to changing your mind, then you will be liable for the cost of the carriage to have the goods returned. There is also a 25% restocking charge which will be deducted from your refund. If your return is due to a fault, then the carriage will be paid by Readygrass Ltd providing we have been notified within 7 days from delivery date, a replacement will be arranged. if once returned we find that there are no faults then the carriage will be deducted from your refund

All our artificial grass comes with a 12 month manufactures warranty and 10 Year UV guarantee.

Terms and conditions


Annual Clean

We will provide one clean per plan, a member of our team will contact you to organise a convenient date, weather permitting. If an appointment has been booked, please make sure our team are able to gain access as there will be a surcharge for a re-visit. Please make sure all furniture, toys etc are removed prior to arrival, as we cannot be held responsible for any damages to items which have to be removed to enable us to do the clean. If on arrival the area to clean is not clear, our team reserve the right to leave the property and a refund will not be issued. If unforeseen circumstances arise for example (a previous job over running) and we cannot get to you on the agreed day, we will contact you as soon as possible and reschedule you in for the next available slot. Unfortunately, again there will be no refunds issued. We would prefer somebody to be there at the time of the clean, however, we understand this isn’t always possible with work commitments. Our operatives will do their best to lock up to the best of their ability when leaving your property, Readygrass Ltd or any employee cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage due to garden property being left accessible for our visit.


Accidental Damage

We will provide cover for accidental damage for the repair of an area measured no greater than 1.5m x 1.5m in one area, for one repair per year. Readygrass Ltd will do its upmost to match the repair to your original lawn, however, due to range changes over the years, this is not always possible. We reserve the right to use the best match available. Due to old meeting new, we cannot guarantee a completely invisible seam. Unfortunately, we cannot cover malicious damage, damage caused by animals including cats, dogs, moles, ants, firepits that have been used on the lawn or fireworks that have been set off on the lawn.
